– These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for placing orders and selling digital products and vouchers in the online shop operated by Passion – House of Beauty.
– By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

– The offer includes digital products (e.g. eBooks, skincare plans), vouchers for salon services and other products listed in the shop.
– Digital products are delivered in the form of an electronic file (e.g. PDF).
3. Placing orders
– Orders are accepted via the website.
– The Customer is obliged to provide correct contact details.
4. Payments
– Available payment methods: online payments (Stripe, Revolut Business, PayPal, payment cards).
– The order is processed after the payment has been credited.
5. Delivery
– Digital products are sent to the Customer's e-mail address.
– Electronic vouchers are sent in the form of a PDF file.
6. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract
– Due to their nature, digital products cannot be returned after the file has been downloaded.
– In the event of technical defects in the file, the Customer is entitled to receive a correct version free of charge.
– Vouchers can be used at the salon within the validity period specified on the document.
7. Liability
– Passion – House of Beauty is not liable for the incorrect use of digital products.
– E-books and materials are not a substitute for medical advice – they are for educational purposes only.
8. Final provisions
– The Terms and Conditions are subject to British law (for Customers in the UK) and Polish law (for Customers from Poland and the EU).
– In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall decide in accordance with the applicable regulations.
